Problems with your recipe making balls that were rubbery. Made some modifications. 10 LESS buttter. 15g MORE oatmeal. Also added some onion and garlic powder. They came out BETTER when using baking powder. Also elongated the blobs before cooking. Made a much better cracker for dunking. Take a looong time to get crispy but did crisp up and remained so for days in a bag at room temperature.

In my country, we call them pigs’ ears (and the funny thing is we also eat actual pigs’ ears too) 😂 guess where I’m coming from
